1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 Metronome Production, spol. s r.o., ID No.: 04658639, with its registered office at Terronská 873/3, Prague 6, 160 00, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 251541 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), which sets forth the basic binding rules for persons entering the premises of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival and using the facilities located within the Krásný Ztráty Live event/festival area (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitor Rules”).
1.2 The purpose of the Visitor Rules is primarily to ensure safety, fire safety, hygiene, health, and property at the Krásný Ztráty Live festival, as well as ensuring ideal conditions for the conduct of all events (hereinafter referred to as “events”) that will be part of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival, as well as ensuring a pleasant atmosphere within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds.
1.3 The Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds are defined as the areas visibly demarcated by the organizer within the grounds of the Statku Všetice festival.
1.4 The Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds will be open to the public daily during the following times: August 14, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and August 15, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 AM.
1.5 The event/festival grounds are clearly marked, and entry is permitted only with a valid ticket or other identification designated by the operator, unless the event/festival is free of charge. By presenting a purchased ticket upon entry to the venue, or by entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, each visitor agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in these visitor rules. Upon entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, these visitor rules become binding for every visitor for the duration of their stay. For the purposes of these visitor rules, a “visitor” is defined as any person entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, including media representatives, technical staff, or other personnel. The provisions of these visitor regulations apply mutatis mutandis to persons entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds on the basis of a special, or any other contractual relationship with the organizer or its contractual partners.
2. Krásný Ztráty Live Festival Grounds
2.1 By purchasing a ticket or receiving an identification wristband, a contract for participation in the Krásný Ztráty Live festival is concluded between the visitor and the organizer of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival. Every visitor to the event/festival, except for events with free admission, will receive an identification wristband upon presenting their ticket at the entrance to the event/festival, which entitles them to enter the venue and replaces the ticket. A ticket is defined as a printed ticket allowing entry to the event/festival to an unspecified person, as well as an electronic ticket (so-called e-ticket) allowing entry to the festival to a specific person. Every person in the Krásný Ztráty Live festival area is required to wear an identification wristband on their wrist or carry another document authorizing their presence in the area at all times during their stay, and, upon request by an organizer’s employee, a person authorized by the organizer, or security personnel, to immediately prove their authorization to be present in the venue. Anyone who is unable to prove their authorization to be present in the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds may be denied entry to the grounds or may be removed from the premises. Visitors and the general public may enter the venue, or its designated zones, only with the organizer’s consent, only during visiting hours, and only in accordance with the conditions set forth in these visitor rules. Any complaints may be filed only before entering the venue.
2. 2 Supervision of compliance with and respect for these visiting regulations within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds is carried out by duly identified staff of the organizer and other persons authorized by the operator and properly identified persons, and, within the scope of their legal authority, the Police of the Czech Republic and the Municipal Police.
2.3 Persons under the influence of alcohol or other addictive or intoxicating substances, as well as persons whose behavior endangers the safety or health of others, or property located within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, shall lose their right to remain on the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds and may not be admitted to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, or may be removed from the festival grounds by an organizer’s employee, or a person authorized by the organizer, or by security personnel, from the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds. Similarly, persons who violate the rules set forth in these visitor regulations, or persons who do not respect the instructions of the organizer’s staff or persons authorized by the organizer.
2.4 Persons who are not admitted to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds under the conditions set forth in these visitor rules, or who are expelled from the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, are not entitled to a refund of the admission fee or any other costs incurred for entry and participation in the Krásný Ztráty Live festival. The organizer may also restrict or completely prohibit entry to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds for the persons listed in this provision.
2.5 In accordance with applicable legislation, the organizer strictly prohibits the sale of tobacco and alcoholic products to persons under the age of 18 within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds.
3. Visitors’ Obligations
3.1 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are required to conduct themselves within the festival grounds in such a way that their actions do not endanger their own safety and health, or that of third parties, or their property, as well as the facilities located within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, and furthermore, not to restrict, endanger, or disturb other visitors beyond what is reasonable given the circumstances arising from the course of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival.
3.2 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are required to comply with the instructions and orders of the organizer’s staff, persons authorized by the organizer, or security personnel, as well as the instructions and orders of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Municipal Police, the Fire and Rescue Service, and the Emergency Medical Service.
3.3 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are required to respect the rules set forth in these visitor regulations, generally binding legal regulations, as well as the rules of decent behavior and good manners.
3.4 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are prohibited from bringing the following items into the venue: a) racist, defamatory, vulgar, or other materials contrary to good morals; b) weapons of any kind, as well as all objects usable as cutting, stabbing, or striking weapons, or other items that could endanger the safety, health, or life of visitors (e.g., scissors, umbrellas, etc.); c) aerosols, corrosive, flammable (e.g., perfumes in containers larger than 200 ml), explosive, dyeing, or other substances hazardous to health; d) glass bottles, containers, cans, or other objects made of breakable, shatter-prone, or exceptionally hard materials; e) fireworks, rockets, flares, smoke bombs, and other pyrotechnic items or launching devices; e) alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, or psychotropic, addictive, and narcotic substances;f) animals, with the exception of service dogs for persons with physical disabilities;g) any promotional materials, including but not limited to political, advertising, or any other; h) oversized luggage, bicycles, and other means of transport, with the exception of assistive devices necessary for mobility; i) umbrellas; j) laser pointers; k) recording devices, film cameras and video cameras, professional and semi-professional cameras, and SLR cameras.
The organizer or persons authorized by the organizer, specifically the head of security and their subordinates. Inspections may be conducted upon entry to the venue or at any time after a visitor has entered the event/festival grounds. Visitors may be asked by the organizer or a person authorized by the organizer to leave inappropriate items or excessive luggage in the storage area located within the venue. The decisions of these persons are binding on visitors to the venue.
3.5 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are required to allow the organizer’s staff, or persons authorized by the operator to inspect items brought in and luggage for the purpose of verifying compliance with the preceding provision. If a visitor refuses to undergo an inspection pursuant to this provision, they may not be admitted to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, or they may be expelled from the grounds.
3.6 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival agree to undergo a security search for the purpose of verifying compliance with these visitor rules, including both baggage inspections and personal searches conducted by the organizer’s staff, persons authorized by the organizer, or security personnel, upon entering the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds. If a visitor refuses to undergo a security inspection, they may be denied entry to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds or may be expelled from the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds.
3.7 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival are further prohibited from: a) expressing, disseminating, or publicly promoting racist, offensive, vulgar, or immoral slogans or images, or to incite others to such conduct;b) to promote any political party or movement, or any product or service; c) climb over or enter any structures or facilities within the premises, specifically facades, fences, walls, barriers, lighting fixtures, trees, poles, roofs, guardrails, support structures, etc.; d) enter areas that are not intended for the public and are marked as off-limits for such purposes; e) throw any objects into areas where visitors are present, particularly into sports fields, stages, and spectator areas; f) make any audio or video recordings for commercial purposes within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, or photograph any performances using professional or semi-professional cameras and SLRs without prior written consent of the operator;g) smoke outside the areas designated for this purpose by the operator;h) bring beverages into the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds;i) start fires, ignite, or set off any pyrotechnics; j) arbitrarily move or otherwise tamper with any equipment or facilities located within the festival grounds; k) tamper in any way with water, electricity, or air distribution systems, or other equipment within the premises; l) destroy any facilities or equipment located within the premises, including park trees and grass; m) write on, affix stickers to, or paint any facilities, equipment, or pathways within the premises; n) relieve oneself outside of restrooms or otherwise defile the premises; o) enter the premises without prior consent or instructions from the operator or a person authorized by the operator; p) to threaten or commit violence against an individual or a group of people, or to incite others to such conduct; q) sell tickets or any goods without permission; r) distribute or place any promotional or advertising materials within the festival grounds without the organizer’s written permission! s) enter with dogs or other animals!
3.8 Visitors are not authorized, without the prior written consent of the organizer, or in violation of the terms of the organizer’s written consent, to engage in any business or similar activity within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds, or to distribute or or sell any items, including newspapers, magazines, printed materials, advertising brochures, etc., or store any items within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds.
3.9 Festival participants attend the festival solely at their own risk, are liable for any damage they cause, and acknowledge that upon removal of the identification wristband, the agreement becomes void and they are not entitled to demand entry to the festival.
3.10 The festival participant undertakes, in the interest of safety: a) to provide appropriate personal assistance in the event of a fire, natural disaster, or other emergency, provided that doing so does not expose them to serious danger or endanger themselves or others, or unless prevented by compelling circumstances, and to provide necessary material assistance. b) dispose of ash and cigarette butts from cigarettes and other tobacco products only in designated containers and exercise caution regarding safety when lighting tobacco products (matches, lighters), c) Do not smoke in buildings and areas marked with a “No Smoking” sign, d) Do not damage installed safety signage, e) Do not damage or in any way restrict the use of installed portable fire extinguishers, f) not to damage or in any way restrict the use of hydrant systems or other fire safety equipment, g) not to damage or interfere in any way with installed electrical equipment, h) not to damage or in any way restrict the use of control elements of installed technical equipment (electrical distribution boxes, main circuit breakers, main water shut-off valves, etc.), i) in the event of a fire alarm, follow the instructions of the event organizer, members of the preventive fire patrol, security personnel, or members of the emergency response units of the integrated rescue system.
4. Liability for Damage
4.1 The organizer is not liable for damage to the property or health of event/ festival, unless such damage is caused by a violation of legal regulations by the organizer and is directly related to such a violation.
4.2 Visitors, especially the elderly or those with physical disabilities, must, in their own interest, move cautiously on smooth and uneven surfaces and avoid injury. The organizer is not liable for injury caused by an accident resulting from the visitor’s own carelessness or failure to comply with the visitor regulations.
4.3 Visitors are required to hand over to the operator, a person authorized by the operator, or security personnel any items found within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds. In the event that visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds find any suspicious items or items that are capable of endangering the property, lives, or health of third parties, they are required to immediately inform the operator, persons authorized by the operator, or security personnel. Each visitor is liable to the operator or any third party for any damage caused as a result of their violation of the rules set forth in these visitor regulations, or other binding legal regulations.
4.4 The operator is entitled to request that a visitor surrender any item that caused injury or damage to the operator or any third party.
4.5 Visitors are required to inform the organizer or security personnel of any injuries or damage occurring within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds.
4. 6 In the event of an evacuation of the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds or other emergency situations, visitors are required to comply with the “Fire Alarm Guidelines and Evacuation Procedures for the Grounds,” and are also required to follow the instructions of the operator, persons authorized by the operator, security personnel, or units of the integrated rescue system. The fire alarm guidelines constitute Appendix No. 1 to these visitor rules and are an integral part thereof.
5. Other Provisions
5.1 The Organizer processes certain personal data of visitors as a data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, the so-called General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”).
5.2 By entering the premises, visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival agree, without further notice, to the free use of their image or likeness as part of any visual recording, broadcast, or production of an event held within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds for commercial or promotional purposes within the meaning of Section 84 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”), specifically in connection with the display of the entire event or a part thereof held within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds by the organizer or its contractual partners. Consent to the use of an image or likeness pursuant to this provision is granted by visitors to the organizer and its contractual partners for an indefinite period, provided that the visitor is entitled to revoke this consent. The processing of personal data in connection with the use of video recordings of visitors is governed by the information on the processing of personal data set forth in the preceding paragraph.
5.3 Visitors to the Krásný Ztráty Live festival further acknowledge that audio or video recordings may be made within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds for the purposes of press, radio, television, or similar news coverage. Visitors acknowledge that, pursuant to Section 89 of the Civil Code, their consent is not required for the making of such recordings, provided provided that such recordings are used in a reasonable manner and such use does not conflict with their legitimate interests.
6. Parking
6.1 Unattended parking spaces will be available for festival participants. Festival participants may use these parking spaces if they wish. Parking spaces are unnumbered and their number is limited.
6.2 Participants will be admitted to this parking area upon presentation of a valid festival ticket. Upon entering the parking lot, participants will be issued a parking ticket, which serves as a pass for re-entry.
6.3 In the event of loss of the parking ticket, the Participant is required to report the loss to the organizers immediately and, upon identification, will receive a replacement ticket for a handling fee of 50 CZK.
6.4 Parking in an unguarded parking lot is not legally enforceable, and the purchase of a ticket does not entitle the holder to a parking space. The parking lot will be open from August 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM until August 16, 2024, at 6:00 PM. All participants are required to vacate the parking lot by the specified time. Otherwise, the vehicle will be towed at the expense of the vehicle owner or operator.
7. Additional Provisions
7.1 We ask all festival visitors to keep their 2-day wristbands on their wrists for the following days (they allow you entry for the remaining days of the festival; their complete loss will be charged at 1,000 CZK according to the Visitor Regulations; damage to the wristband with a valid ticket will be charged at 50 CZK)
7.2 All participants are required to leave the premises by 4:00 a.m. on August 15, 2026.
7. 3 While on the premises, participants are required to follow the organizers’ instructions, observe the rules of social conduct, and comply with the organizer’s general terms and conditions as well as these visitor regulations.
8. Final Provisions
8.1 The rules set forth in these visitor regulations may be further supplemented by rules pertaining to individual events held within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds. These supplementary rules will always be appropriately published within the Krásný Ztráty Live festival grounds or made available from the operator or security staff, and visitors are required to comply with them.
8.2 An integral part of these visitor rules is Appendix No. 1: Fire Alarm Guidelines
8.3 These visiting rules take effect on January 1, 2024
8.4 Rights and obligations not expressly regulated in these visiting rules are governed by generally applicable legal regulations, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended and in force.
8.5 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Visitor Rules at any time.
